The breakfast buffet was average. It was the same exact choices every day-boring since we stayed 3 days. Dinner was also average-nothing outstanding either good or bad. We ate there 2 nights. I did like the fact that we could request NO room cleaning during our stay. When they clean every day, I feel obligated to organize my stuff, which then I have to unorganize when I get back.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and good with customer service. I love the cookies. They’re always amazing. Everything was clean and I love that the staff came into my room, unexpected and cleaned everything and brought new towels in.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a great location convenient for places to eat and go to for activities. Pet friendly! Safe.

Excellent breakfast; good staff; it is possibly the quietest room of any-----no con stand running of AC or heating......someone did a good job of designing the rooms so nice and quiet.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We did like it a lot, and will seriously consider staying there again if we return to Phoenix for any reason.

The hotel is in a great location. There are lots of restaurants in close proximity, and some shopping, if that’s what you need. The fitness room wasn’t extremely large, but it was very functional with just enough equipment to get a good workout in. We also love that the bathroom sink and the toilet/shower area are separated by a door. Allows multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. This hotel is also dog friendly, which was a necessity for us.

My room was absolutely perfect. I was on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sunset. This is my second time coming here and will be returning.

I enjoyed the dining area. I also appreciated the Maid Kitchen, which had a variety of snacks to choose from.
